Pinnacle Surgery Center is located on the 4th floor of the Midtown Medical II building at the corner of W 38th Street and N Lamar Boulevard.
FROM MOPAC:

Take the 35th Street exit and head east.

Stay left at the fork as W 35th Street turns into W 38th Street.

Go through the light at N. Lamar and W 38th Street. The parking garage entrance is the first turn in past the light.
FROM
I-35:

Take the 38 ½ street exit and head west.

Keep straight at light as E 38th ½ Street turns into 38th Street.

Go straight past the light at Guadalupe Street.

The north parking garage entrance will be on the left, just before the light at N Lamar.
PATIENT DROP-OFF LOCATION:

There is a circular drive at the street level where you can drop off and pick up patients. The entrance to the patient drop-off is off W 37th Street, on the south side of the building.​
37TH STREET ENTRANCE:

Turn onto W 37th Street and enter the parking garage through the south entrance directly from W 37th. It is the 5th left if you are coming from N Lamar, or the first 1st if you are coming from West Avenue.
ONCE IN THE GARAGE:

Insert your credit card to enter the garage—don’t worry, we validate! Once inside our suite, provide the receptionist with the last four digits of the card used.

Patient and visitor parking is available starting on the 2nd- 4th floor.

The 3rd floor offers a breezeway with convenient access to Midtown Medical II.

Cross the breezeway and to enter the building and take the elevator to the 4th floor.
